The owner of this five-level terrace wanted ‘A functional but cool kitchen using dark tones and pop of bright colour.’ To give this contemporary look an edge we contrasted the grey cabinetry with recessed white cupboards and designed lighting that was both functional and a feature. We used the fixed panel window to create much-needed bench space in front of the appliance cupboard.
