CONSULTATION + BRIEF
For clients who may not require our full range of design skills, we offer a comprehensive decoration and styling service. Following a thorough consultation and briefing, we create a floor plan that showcases the location, placement, and sizes of all suggested furniture. Accessing an extensive range of trade-only products and materials, we source and supply floor and wall coverings, lighting, soft furnishings, window treatments, furniture, and other décor items from rugs to artworks.

DEVELOPMENT + DETAIL
After concept approval, we progress to design development and details. This includes floor and wall coverings, lighting, soft furnishings, window treatments, furniture, ornaments, rugs, curated artwork, and other interior accessories, with access to a large range of trade-only fabric and furniture suppliers. We also present final drawings for bespoke furniture, joinery, interior architecture, and final finishes for approval.
SELECTION + SPECS
All colors, finishes, and materials are discussed, and final selections are made. We provide mood boards with samples of all proposed finishes and imagery of suggested concepts for furniture and joinery. Your feedback ensures total agreement before finalizing joinery and all other drawings, along with a written specification for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
CONSTRUCTION + INSTALL
The schedule of works is outlined and agreed upon, and once all onsite requirements are met, works commence. Jo Taylor Design attends regular site meetings to ensure progress.
